These are the current positions we are hiring:

Office Manager
The Builder Bees, a fast growing residential remodeling/building contractor in Topeka, KS, is hiring a full time Office Manager.  The position will require someone with the ability to multi-task and manage a variety of responsibilities and projects.  Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate successful experience in the required areas of support. 

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Management of billing, accounts receivable/payable, and collections
• Handle all incoming e-mail and phone calls from clients and prospects
• Qualify all new potential clients by initial phone call, client information worksheet and set initial bid appointment
• Set weekly bid appointments and bid deliveries for general contractor
• Upload and manage all bids created by the general contractor through entire billing cycle
• Follow up with all outstanding inquiries and bid deliveries made to prospective clients
• Send all correspondence to clients; invoices, follow up letter, thank you notes
• Handle all marketing efforts with clients, THBA, and other campaigns
• Oversee all HR correspondence including new employee paperwork and weekly payroll
• Oversee and manage erosion log for real estate properties
• Handle all correspondence with client insurance representatives
• Assist with day to day marketing initiatives (i.e. T-shirts, Signs, etc)
